Peter Tillessen is an architectural photographer, conceptual artist and a climate activist living between Zurich and Ticino.

Whenever possible he shoots on analogue film.

From 1993 to 1998 Peter Tillessen studied photography at F.A.M.U in Prague and at ZHdK in Zurich. From 2001 to 2013 he was mainly taking pictures for magazines and corporate identity agencies. From 2013 until today he concentrates on his artistic work. Under the label Archphot he realizes architectural photographs and films. He is also engaged as a climate activist.
